10Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Where one of our apps supports account creation, you can delete your account directly within the app — typically under Settings → Account → Delete Account — and you may also request deletion by emailing jeremy@profitostechnologies.com.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with it, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We will confirm once your request has been completed.

11International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required by law.

12Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
